Media Guidelines


In order for Coffee Fest to issue you a press pass that allows you free access to both the trade floor and our educational sessions, you must be a professional journalist, blogger, writer, photographer, program director, producer or editor. We ask that you provide the following at registration or contact us before the show with electronic versions:

Please furnish a business card with your title, company and other contact information.

Please furnish a recent copy of the publication that employs you or contracts you as a freelancer.

Please furnish a recent clipping of your published work or copies of your blog.

We request that those requesting press passes represent an industry related to Coffee Fest  food and beverage, restaurant, business, international trade, environment, and other associated sectors. Please honor the businessmen and women who come to Coffee Fest to make business happen. To that end, we ask that you respect the exhibitor s time and space. We are happy to set up interviews and otherwise obtain the information you need in order to write your piece or pitch.

To sign up for a press badge in advance, please send your media credentials including recent clips to Kathleen Finn at kathleenf@coffeefest.com. Please include phone number, e-mail address, physical address and company/publication affiliation. We will confirm your badge upon collection of information.

For media members who wish to videotape the show, you must be escorted by a media representative from Coffee Fest. Please check in with us at registration.
