Erica Escalante has spent 14 years in the specialty coffee industry, owning and operating her own cafe from 2013-2021 in Portland, OR. She is currently the Director of Operations for Goodboybob Coffee Roasters in Los Angeles, CA, as well as President of the Glitter Cat Barista board.

Through her career, she has worked with many small food-based businesses mentoring and teaching about everything from knowing costs to social media marketing, and is well-known in the industry for bringing her bright, passionate, and authentic self to the table.
