As owner operator of Pacific Coffee Research in Hawaii, Madeleine oversees the Education and Communications Departments while leading internal and external quality control services. Madeleine has worked in coffee since 2010 as a barista, educator, green coffee buyer, and technician. From the Americas to Oceania to Asia, she has had opportunities to work with and learn from folks in all parts of the coffee industry and has called Hawaii home since 2017. Madeleine is a Q Arabica Assistant Instructor who is currently pursuing certification as a full Q Arabica Instructor with The CQI.
