New for Coffee Fest Events in 2019

We've spent time pouring over surveys and feedback from attendees & exhibitors alike and are excited about how we're making improvements to Coffee Fest events in 2019. Our goal is to make the experience one to remember for attendees and provide a worth-while return on the investment for exhibitors.

Here are a few highlights about our enhancements that will help make sure Coffee Fest is a successful one for you and your business.

Key Buyer - We are expanding on a new program we implemented in 2018 for exhibitors. This program will give buyers & exhibitors access to a web-based appointment-setting system connecting decision makers who are sourcing products to set one-to-one meetings with exhibitors in their booths.

Attendance - We have invested in NEW, targeted digital prospecting efforts to attract brand new retailers and buyers to the show who have never attended before, drawing in new decisions makers. We're also looking forward to the additional foodservice & restaurant buyers at our co-located shows. In New York, we're partnering with the International Foodservice & Restaurant Show and Healthy Foods Expo New York and in Los Angeles with the Western Foodservice & Restaurant Show & Healthy Foods Expo West.

Education Upgrades - We've really revamped our educational program, adding several new classes & new presenters, and working with current presenters to update content in core classes. We are thrilled to be adding a number of advanced-level topics to the lineup based on the feedback from attendees who have been wanting more from Coffee Fest as their experience in specialty coffee & tea has grown. Attendees at the co-located shows will also have access to education offered by the foodservice shows, adding to thier experience & providing another layer of education with a foodservice focus.

Networking Luncheon - One thing we heard over and over again from attendees was the need for more networking opportunities. We're so excited about adding a networking luncheon to our shows that will connect coffee retail owners regionally. More details to come on this as we fine tune the details that will make this event valuable & purposeful.
