Coffee Fest, together with Friedrichs Coffee, MicroMatic and Brewista is pleased to present "Cold Brew U". Your single source for all of the information you want and need to jump into the exciting world of Still Cold Brew & Nitro Coffee. 'Cold Brew U' is inspiration to manufacture and serving, made simple. You'll receive professional advice on selecting bean profiles to emphasize the unique flavors that the cold brewing process accentuates. This workshop will also provide expert advice about the best brewing methods based on cutting edge trial results from coffee industry leaders. You'll also explore the burgeoning Nitro Coffee movement, giving you the opportunity to pioneer this new industry frontier equipped with the latest and greatest techniques. Following the front line instruction from our seasoned specialists, the class will conclude with a Q & A session to ensure all your remaining questions are answered.
