We’ll also touch on the history and evolution of cupping before performing a guided cupping together. Whether you’re new to coffee or looking to refine your approach, this session will leave you feeling confident and ready to conduct tastings on your own.

Join Cupping 201: Beyond the Basics, our intermediate-level session, to explore advanced techniques for evaluating coffee attributes and gain insight into current processing trends. Both sessions complement each other, but they can be taken independently based on your level of experience.
