Scam Warning to Exhibitors

We understand that you may be contacted by outside companies attempting to sell your exhibitor services, lead retrieval, hotel reservations, attendees lists, or more for Coffee Fest events. Please rest assured, we never sell our exhibitor contact information - in fact, we follow strict data privacy regulations here at Clarion Events. Unless the email is coming from one of these addresses... it may be a scam - and we ask that you proceed with caution.

It has come to our attention that there are a number of illegitimate list or database companies reaching out to you (our exhibitors) directly who are misrepresenting our Coffee Fest brand. These companies have not been authorized to use our list of customers or trademarks. Every time these fraudulent offers come to our attention we send them a cease and desist letter to try to prevent them from further contacting you. 

Coffee Fest does not sell, rent or distribute any database lists, nor do we disclose email addresses.

Please repost any potential list rental solicitations to Coffeefest.ES@clarionevents.com.

The only official housing company for Coffee Fest is Connections Housing. All other companies do not have affiliation with Coffee Fest. We highly caution you from engaging with unauthorized companies because if/when issues arise, Coffee Fest management does not have the ability to provide assistance in solving them.
