Led by Anita Tam, owner and founder of Slow Pour Supply, this workshop teaches the essentials of brewing coffee using the pour-over method. Using equipment consistent with contemporary roast profiles, this class is perfect for both beginners and coffee enthusiasts looking to elevate their home brewing skills.

You’ll learn everything from selecting the right equipment and grind size to developing pouring techniques for consistently enjoyable cups. By the end of the session, you’ll be able to brew with confidence and make small adjustments to improve your coffee.
