Blending coffee is both a science and an art. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore how individual coffees interact to create balance, complexity, and consistency in the cup. Working in small teams, you’ll analyze component coffees, adjust blend ratios, and attempt to replicate a target flavor profile - just like professional roasters do.

Along the way, you’ll learn how to design blends that highlight desired characteristics, maintain quality across harvests, and support both your brand’s flavor identity and your bottom line.
