Barista Training: Workflow and Efficiency Behind the Bar

March 07, 2027
Latte Art Venue
Coffee Skills Series

Build a faster, smoother coffee bar operation without compromising cup quality.

Designed for baristas, managers, and cafe owners, this interactive workshop pairs the core theory of daily bar setup and workflow mechanics with hands-on application.

Participants will dive into station organization and movement optimization before putting concepts into practice by selecting a handful of real-world "guest checks" to master speed, multitasking, and efficiency techniques under realistic bar conditions.

You will learn about station architecture, learn when and how to layer tickets and execute smart batching strategies, and develop repeatable, high-output techniques to keep equipment and workspaces running cleanly under pressure.

In this small group workshop, each participant will have some time to work with the machine and receive hands on coaching, alongside participating in group learning. Some topics will be covered in theory and demonstration only.

*Additional fee required. Pre-register before it sells out by adding it to your badge online or onsite.
