Taught by our Latte Art World Championship Open (LAWCO) judges, this 3-hour small-group workshop offers intensive instruction on the core techniques of crafting espresso-based beverages. You'll receive personal, hands-on coaching and time on the machine, making it ideal for baristas looking to strengthen their foundational skills.

Topics Covered:
· Espresso Extraction & Tamping Techniques
· Basic Grinder Fundamentals
· Understanding Key Milk Building Blocks
· How to Steam & Pour Properly Textured Milk
· Basic Drink Building In this workshop, the barista will have time to work with the machine and receive hands on coaching.

We offer this content in two flexible formats:

  • Espresso & Milk Foundations: One 3-hour combined session
  • Espresso Extraction Foundations + Latte Art Foundations: Two separate shorter workshops covering the same material

Sessions begin promptly and cannot accommodate disruptions. Late arrivals will forfeit their seat with no refund. 

· We recommend arriving at the venue at least 10 minutes before your class time
· For sessions starting before 10:00 AM, please meet at the escort point by that time
· If you have not checked in or contacted us before the start, your seat may be given to someone on the waitlist

Hands-on sessions are included with your pass, but registration is still required. If you can no longer attend, please notify us in advance. No-shows will have future hands-on reservations cancelled.
