Hands On Barista Training: Free Pour Latte Art Techniques

Take your latte art to the next level in this small-group, hands-on session designed for beginner to intermediate baristas. Taught by judges from the Latte Art World Championship Open (LAWCO), this workshop will build on your foundational skills and introduce more advanced pouring techniques to help elevate your visual presentation behind the bar.
Topics Covered
- Refining milk texture and steaming consistency
- Improving pour control and flow rate
- Intermediate designs: tulips, stacked hearts, basic rosettas
- Pour placement and symmetry tips
- Live coaching and feedback from professional judges
Participants will walk away with improved free pour control, design variety, and the tools to continue developing their personal latte art style.
What do we mean by "Free Pour?" That means by just steaming the milk and pouring it into the cup you will learn how to create the designs that customers love to see. Being able to pour Latte Art is a great addition to every barista's skill-set.
*This workshop has an additional registration fee. Please add it to your badge prior to the event (and receive early bird pricing) or stop by the registration counters onsite.
