New to cold brew or looking to build a stronger foundation? This session covers the essentials: a brief history of cold brew, common brewing methods, and the basic science behind great results. We’ll also touch on how to start a cold brew program and key food safety considerations. There will be time for Q&A, so bring your questions. (Note: This session will not cover nitro, kegging, or large-scale production.)
