Taught by our LAWCO (Latte Art World Championship) judges, this 2.5-hour small-group workshop offers intensive instruction on the core techniques of crafting espresso-based beverages. You'll receive personal, hands on coaching and time on the machine, making it ideal for baristas looking to strengthen their foundational skills.

Topics Covered:
· Espresso Extraction & Tamping Techniques
· Basic Grinder Fundamentals
· Understanding Key Milk Building Blocks
· How to Steam & Pour Properly Textured Milk
· Basic Drink Building In this workshop, the barista will have time to work with the machine and receive hands on coaching.

We offer this content in two flexible formats:

  • Espresso & Milk Foundations: One 2.5-hour combined session
  • Espresso Extraction Foundations / Latte Art Foundations: Two separate shorter workshops covering the same material
