How to Prepare

  • Check the Schedule - Most sessions in the Cupping Corner require pre-registration - and most sell out early. Make sure to reserve your seat for your chosen classes before the show.
     
  • Come with an Open Palate - Avoid strong flavors (like gum or heavily flavored drinks) before cupping to fully experience the coffee.
     
  • Bring Your Notebook - Take notes on flavors, origins, and techniques to apply what you learn to your own coffee program.
