Julia Leach leads Toddy, LLC, a company at the forefront of cold brewing since 1964. Julia’s team helps cafes and roasters around the world to develop cold brew programs that highlight the nuances of the brewing method and inspire consumers to fall in love with cold brew. Passionate about the art and science of cold brewing, Julia plays a pivotal role in designing and producing quality cold brew education for the coffee industry. She has presented at SCA Re:co, SCA Expo, NCA Convention, and also frequently speaks at international industry events.
