FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED
1. Register Your Team
Register Your Team
Please register all team members who will need to be assigned a scan license. You can access your exhibitor registration portal via the Exhibitor Resource Center.
2. Complete Setup
Complete Setup
Within 2 business days of purchase, your company admin will receive a setup email from converge@rozie.ai with the subject line: ‘Action Required: Complete Your Converge+ Setup.’

Lead Qualifying Questions help your team prioritize and segment prospects in real time during the event.
3. Access Scan
Access Scan
Once assigned a scan license, users will receive a confirmation email from exhibitors-support@rozie.ai. Converge+ Scan will go live to those assigned to scan a week before the event.
Access Instructions:
Scan users will access their Converge+ Scan URL via email. The email will be sent from exhibitors-support@rozie.ai a week before the event.
💡Quick Tip
We recommend bookmarking your Scan URL or taking a picture of your Scan QR code for quick and easy access during the event.
4. Access Insights & Export Leads
Access Insights & Export Leads
Company admins will receive access to Converge+ Insights to review, filter, and export leads from the event.
With Insights Basic, access is limited to 1 company admin login.
