James Weiler (he/him) has worked in the specialty-coffee industry since 2003 primarily as a field tech and a commercial equipment servicer. He has worked in this capacity for Intelligentsia Coffee in Chicago and Stumptown Coffee in Portland, Ore., and currently works for Black Rabbit Service Co, also in Portland, where he has been employed since 2021. During Coffee Fest New York, you can find him at the Hemro Group booth #2329 offering advice and discussion on coffee grinders (and maybe also heavy metal music).
