Stacy joined the specialty coffee industry in 1998 when she took a job at Kaldi’s Coffeehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since that time, she’s used her extensive language skills and travel experience in rural Latin America to develop strong relationships throughout the coffee value chain. Stacy now works as a Specialty Trader with Sucafina Specialty and Sustainable Harvest. Previously she worked with certification programs and has over 12 years’ experience in both quality and green coffee procurement with large and mid-sized national roasters. Stacy has served as a member of the Catholic Relief Services Borderlands Advisory Council, as a volunteer for Partners of the Americas’ Farmer to Farmer Coffee Project and is currently a board member of Food 4 Farmers.
