Mike Ward is a Coffee Trader for Royal NY. Mike has over 10 years’ experience in the coffee industry and has loved every minute of it. His experience covers all aspects of the industry, he has managed high volume cafes, worked in large scale production (both with cold brew and assisting the head of production with roast analysis) and has spent the last few years in coffee purchasing. As a certified Q Grader, Mike provides producers with honest and accurate feedback. He believes that relationships sit at the core of what we all do. In the specialty coffee industry, those relationships start at the cupping table and blossom into great friendships over time.
