Coffee Fest is where coffee shop owners, roasters, and baristas gather to learn, grow, and connect. Now, for the first time, we’re opening the doors to passionate coffee enthusiasts like you.

Whether you brew at home, chase the perfect cappuccino, or just love discovering new roasters, this experience is made for you.

 

🗓️ Enthusiast Showfloor Access during Saturday, June 14, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
You’ll have access to the Coffee Fest show floor during this window - but your experience can start much earlier, with dozens of workshops and guided coffee adventures leading up to the main event. Check out the schedule below to build out your ideal Coffee Fest experience.

 

Here’s what’s waiting for you at Coffee Fest Portland:

 

  • Roasters Row – Sample curated brews from top local roasters.
  • 🔍 Sensory Workshops in the Cupping Corner – Experience how industry pros evaluate coffee through guided tastings that highlight aroma, flavor, and body.

  • 🎨 Latte Art World Championship Open – Watch baristas compete and get inspired.

  • 🎓 Brewing Workshops – Learn pro tips to up your at-home coffee game.

  • 🏕️ Coffee Camp at Buckman Coffee Factory – Kick off your weekend with a hands-on, immersive 101 experience covering essential coffee skills - from roasting to brewing, tasting, and beyond. (June 13 – pre-registration required)

  • 🚶 Portland Coffee Walking Tours – Explore the city’s café gems with a guided tour of local favorites. (June 11th, 12th, and 13th)

  • 🎁 Shop & Sample – Access select booths offering gear, beans, and giveaways.

  • 📸 Coffee Photo Ops – Snap your shot with dozens of unique coffee experiences.

🔔 Know Before You Go: Access Details for Enthusiasts

At Coffee Fest, coffee lovers are fully part of the action - here’s how access works with your Enthusiast badge. 

You’re welcome to register for any session, workshop, or offsite experience on the schedule.

💡 The only restriction? Enthusiast badge holders can only access the show floor on Friday, June 14, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

What You Can Attend Anytime

With your badge, you can register for and attend:

  • Offsite experiences like Coffee Camp and Walking Tours

  • Seminars and workshops held in meeting rooms (D133–134, D135, D136, D137–138) on any day of the event
    Note: Some sessions may require pre-registration and/or a workshop fee.

What’s Limited to 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Friday, June 14

Your access to the show floor and any sessions held in show floor venues (like Latte Art Venue, Conversation Corner, or Cupping Corner) is limited to this Enthusiast Day window.

You can book any sessions in advance, but please note:

  • If they are on the showfloor, they’ll only be accessible to you during the 12–4 PM timeframe.

  • If you’d like to attend a show floor workshop outside of that time, reach out - we may be able to accommodate with advance notice.
