Aditi Luthra is the founder of Pitara Co, a small business based in NY/NJ. Pitara imports ethically grown coffee from the lush landscapes of South India (including nature reserves like B.R. Hills Tiger Reserve, the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve and more!). Pitara sources all coffee from farmer collectives committed to fair payment to farmers (e.g. Black Baza Coffee, Fair Trade Alliance of Kerala).
