Alyssa Bailey
Over 13 years ago, Alyssa was managing a double sided drive-thru in Washington State with a love for coffee and customer service and no idea where it could take her. Four years later she began her journey with Dillanos Coffee Roasters where she spent a couple years in Customer Service before becoming a Business Development Representative. Her experience on both the retail and wholesale sides of the industry gives her a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to build successful coffee programs. Alyssa is passionate about great coffee, strong partnerships, and fostering meaningful, long-term relationships within the coffee community.
