Since the post-pandemic era, Angel Medina has shifted the way Americans have perceived or written about Mexican coffee and cuisine, transcending Mexican food from something on a plate to themes and topics revolving around culture, history, and the socio-economic effect of Mexican cuisine throughout the US.
In under four years, Medina created a number of restaurants, bars, and cafés with the connecting thread of Mexico-forward.
He launched TODOS Media in 2024, a media platform celebrating the stories of women and BIPOC stories in our community and globally.
