Ashlee Potter

Ashlee Potter has over 18 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, working as a consultant and educator to help others deepen their understanding of coffee. Her career has taken her across the U.S. and around the world, exploring diverse coffee cultures and the ways they shape human connection. With a particular interest in café culture from an anthropological perspective, Ashlee studies how coffeehouses serve as vital “third spaces” for both guests and baristas. She also serves on the executive team of Florida Coffee Culture, helping to support and grow the state’s vibrant coffee community. For Ashlee, coffee is never just a drink—it’s a bridge between people, cultures, and stories.
