Brad Lepper is a career entrepreneur and coffee industry operator based in Sioux City, Iowa. He focuses on building brands, designing and constructing café spaces, and implementing systems that support efficient, profitable operations. He is the founder of Council Oak Supply Company, a full-service coffee partner providing specialty-grade organic roasted coffee, café supplies, equipment sales, and technical service to coffee shops across the Midwest.

Brad’s work centers on execution. He has led projects from concept through build-out and into daily operations, with an emphasis on workflow, consistency, and margin. He continues to work with businesses after launch to address operational bottlenecks, improve team performance, and implement systems that support sustained growth.

In addition to coffee, Brad has experience across multiple industries, including multifamily housing, real estate development, property management, laundromat construction and operations, mini storage, and manufacturing.

He is also the creator of Simpleton Sugar, an organic sugar product for the crafting of house-made syrups. Designed to reduce waste, save space, and provide a consistent “house-made” solution for cafés.
