Bryant Banker-Scannell
As Director of Coffee at Mill City Roasters, Bryant oversees all green buying and production roasting operations, assists in educational programs, and helps new Mill City Roaster owners understand and roast on their machines. He has worked in coffee since 2011 in cafes as a barista, turned manager, and in late 2013 made a move to working as a production roaster. In 2015, that role turned into director of coffee at a medium-sized roaster in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 2020, Bryant started at Mill City Roasters and shares his roasting knowledge to aid new coffee roasting businesses as your friendly neighborhood coffee roaster.
