Caroline Bell

Caroline Bell is the Co-Founder and CEO of Café Grumpy, an independently owned specialty coffee roaster and retailer founded in 2005. Under her leadership, the company has grown to multiple locations serving New York City, Miami, and New Jersey.

A Certified Arabica Q Grader and PCQI, she leads the company’s coffee sourcing and quality strategy, with a focus on long-term producer relationships, supply chain transparency, and maintaining high standards across retail and roasting operations.
