Casey Wojtalewicz

Casey Wojtalewicz is the co-founder of Canyon Coffee, a Los Angeles–based roaster known for its emphasis on sustainability, thoughtful sourcing, and building community through coffee. Since launching Canyon out of an apartment in 2016, Casey has led the company’s growth across retail, wholesale, and grocery, including the opening of Canyon’s flagship café in Echo Park and its new roastery in Downtown Los Angeles. Canyon has become a nationally recognized brand, known for introducing one of the first Regenerative Organic Certified® coffees to the U.S. market.
