With coffee running through her veins and hospitality in her DNA, Cassidy brings both heart and expertise to the coffee industry. As the daughter of a chef, she grew up immersed in the restaurant world, developing a passion for food service that still guides her today. 

After honing her marketing talents for over a decade—much of it spent nurturing brands and building vibrant communities at early-stage, high-growth startups like Justworks —Cassidy found her true calling in coffee. The past four years have been a caffeinated adventure, first at Odeko and now at Routin America, where she leads trade marketing for both 1883 Syrups and Cappuccine across the US. Her fusion of industry knowledge, marketing intuition, and genuine passion for coffee makes her a trusted voice in today's coffee community
