Darrell Baskin is a coffee professional with 15 years of experience across nearly every facet of the specialty coffee industry. Throughout his career, he has served as a barista, café manager, trainer, director, competition judge, sales manager, and assistant green coffee buyer and program coordinator, giving him a well-rounded perspective on coffee from seed to service.

Passionate about education and mentorship, Darrell finds the greatest fulfillment in helping others grow by sharing the knowledge and experience he has gained throughout his career. He is committed to fostering a stronger, more inclusive coffee industry by supporting the development of coffee professionals at every stage of their journey.

Outside of coffee, Darrell is a devoted father, fiancé, and music enthusiast whose passion for coffee continues to inspire both his work and the community around him.
