Diana Mnatsakanyan-Sapp

Diana has focused her career on uplifting coffee communities in the Southeast for over a decade, beginning as a barista in 2011. Since then, she co-founded North Carolina's No Filter Coffee Fest, and operated a coffee consultancy that helped cafes transform their business dreams into reality. As an Authorized SCA Trainer, Diana spent years educating hundreds of coffee professionals and coffee enthusiasts across the country.

Her industry contributions include serving as a judge in the US Coffee Champs, chairing the Events Committee of the Barista Guild of America, and serving as the member-elected Southeastern Regional Coordinator for the SCA's US Chapter. Her passion for uplifting coffee communities is matched only by her love for her husband, Jared, their two dogs, April and Bandit, and her flock of chickens.
