Don Ho

Don is a passionate hospitality and beverage industry consultant who transformed his love for tea into a thriving business empire. After discovering his deep appreciation for fine teas, Don founded Harmony Tea Bar, which he grew from ideation into an award-winning multi-unit operation.

Under Don's stewardship, the company launched with an impressive fourteen consecutive quarters of growth and expanded to four retail locations. His innovative approach to the tea and beverage market created an eight-figure foodservice and retail business before his successful exit in early 2020.

Building on his beverage industry success, Don now leverages his expertise as a consultant for hospitality, foodservice, and professional services companies. Through BDH Consultants, he assists clients with strategic planning, business operations, and technology implementation. In 2024, Don became a certified Bloom Growth Coach - guiding executive leadership teams through Bloom Growth's proven operating system.

Don has spoken at numerous conferences on beverage industry topics and brings his entrepreneurial experience to his current role, having bootstrapped and successfully sold multiple companies. His unique business journey includes being a recovering attorney and a proud member of Entrepreneurs' Organization, an invitation-only network of entrepreneurs who have built and exited multi-million dollar businesses.

When not working, Don enjoys spending time with his wife and three children or savoring a cuppa of his favorite Taiwanese oolong.
