Dulce is an immigration attorney and co-founder of Bevel Coffee. With degrees in Business Administration and Sociology, and a small stint in finance and accounting, she brings financial strategy and management to entrepreneurship. 

In 2022, she and her fiancé, Kevin Mejia, launched Bevel Coffee. With the last of their savings, they purchased a coffee roaster and launched their coffee cart before opening their first cafe in Altadena, CA. Together, Kevin and Dulce blend structure, creativity, and vision to build an inclusive business that celebrates their Honduran heritage and creates a space for connection. 

As both an attorney and entrepreneur, Dulce is passionate about empowering others to pursue their goals with confidence, embrace their own resilience, and embrace the transformative power of community.
