Dylan Thome

Dylan is Co-Creator of Coffee Flock in Miami, FL. He started his coffee journey in college after founding an "Entrepreneur Club" whose first project, a coffee shop business plan, earned them a modest but meaningful cash prize. After graduating he went on to open a drive-through espresso stand in Seattle. Continually in pursuit of coffee knowledge and experience, he achieved long standing goals of certifying as a Q-Arabica grader and working with coffee producing groups at origin. Later, he worked his way up in coffee companies in such roles as Lead Barista, Trainer, Production Roaster, Quality Control Manager, Production Manager, and finally Educator. In 2018, he and his wife started Coffea School in Miami, FL to offer specialty coffee and training in the region. He is passionate about service, quality and business and takes pride in providing other coffee entrepreneurs with training, consulting, and support.
