Elsa Bensaid

Elsa is a Barista, Trainer, and Competitor with over 7 years of experience in specialty coffee. She started her journey with Ritual in San Francisco before moving to Toronto, Canada in 2020. There, she facilitated the opening of two sucessful cafes and worked with a number of notable roasters at various cafes around the city.

Now based out of LA, she works with Tectonic Coffee on elevating the cafe experience to new heights with purposeful seasonal menus, community forward space activations, and intentional barista training. She belives that cafes have an important role in today's leisure time ecosystem and is passionate about sharing her love fun drinks and unusual spaces.
