Head Roaster, Sons Coffee

I've have been in specialty coffee since 2016. I started roasting in 2017, and have been enjoying every minute of it. I've had experience as Head Roaster for over 6 years (3 at Buon Giorno Coffee and 3 at Sons Coffee). In 2025, I took my first coffee origin trip to El Salvador with our supplier, Forest Flame Coffee, to see what coffee producing really looked like, as well as meeting many producers and seeing our very own coffees processing. I also completed my Q Grade/CVA Certification through SCA in November 2025. Coffee is my passion, and I love getting to share the process of processing, roasting and flavor of each coffee with our community!
