Eric Grimm

Eric J. Grimm is a specialty coffee professional with seventeen years of experience specializing in human resources, mobile coffee events, and community building. He co-founded Ghost Town Oats, the world's first barista-owned and queer-owned oat milk company, which sold over 1,000,000 cartons in its first year of availability. As a member of the leadership team of Glitter Cat Barista, he organized events, ongoing education, and competition support for hundreds of coffee professionals and enthusiasts from marginalized communities. He currently provides Human Resources consulting and fractional services as The Coffee Human Resource.
