Ezra Baker is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Ghost Town Oats, the world’s first barista-led, Black- and queer-owned plant-based milk company. With nearly 20 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, Ezra has held key roles at renowned names like Blue Bottle, Café Grumpy, and Stumptown Coffee.
A licensed Q Arabica Grader, Ezra brings an expert palate and deep industry knowledge to every endeavor. They also co-host the podcast No Free Refills on the Sprudge Network, where they explore the intersection of coffee culture and creativity.
In their downtime, Ezra enjoys cooking, watching weird films on MUBI, and playing the French horn.
