Hugh Dawahoya

Hugh Dawahoya is the Co-Founder of Bear Beans Coffee. Bear Beans started as a mobile cafe in 2019 and has since added two brick and mortar locations. Prior to pursuing his coffee dreams, Hugh was a Corporate Human Resources Professional and had a fifteen year career in Nursing. Today, he explores his passion for Human Resources and People Management through building a strong coffee crew.

In addition to building Bear Beans Coffee, Hugh and Char Dawahoya are active members and supporters of multiple Native Business Organizations. They hope to make strides in the coffee industry as a 100% Native Owned and Operated business.
