Jean Brillman

Jean Brillman, founder of White Horse Coffee, started with a coffee truck in 2017, but  quickly expanded her concept to a brick and mortar cafe in 2018, located in Jenkintown, PA.  She began roasting coffee in 2021 and has had huge success with the White Horse brand. Jean loves helping those with the dream of opening their own coffee shop achieve it in a way that ultimately leads towards a path of success.

The mission behind White Horse coffee is simple. It focuses on sustainability by cultivating good from farm to mug. White Horse Coffee is unique in the industry by being 100% USDA organic, fair trade, and also sustainably roasted on a zero-emissions, all electric roaster. Every part of our packaging is fully compostable or recyclable and we always micro-roast in small 6lb batches. We do good all around, for the planet and the people on it.
