Over the last 15 years, Jeremy has grown Birch Coffee from a single storefront into a thriving business with 15 locations throughout the city, earning a reputation for creating welcoming spaces that bring people together over a great cup of coffee.
Beyond his work with Birch Coffee, Jeremy is a thought leader in the coffee and hospitality industry, frequently speaking at conferences and sharing insights on branding, customer service, and entrepreneurship. He is also an advocate for community engagement, spearheading innovative initiatives like hyper-local community hubs and gamified coffee shop experiences and has a passion for helping to raise awareness for dogs in need.
