Joel Eastlick

Joel began his specialty coffee career in 2012 after returning to the United States from living overseas, where he first came into contact with a more developed and ritualized coffee culture. Starting first as barista, he has spent the last 12 years honing his skills in café management, roasting for his Eastlick Coffee brand, and most recently, as a co-founder and lead advisor on all sourcing, relationship and purchasing decisions for Yellow Rooster Coffee Imports, exclusively working in four origins in Latin America (Colombia, Peru, Guatemala and Brazil).
