Jonathan Meadows

Founder & CEO, Cultivar Coffee Roasting Co.

Jonathan Meadows co-founded Cultivar Coffee in 2009. The East Dallas specialty roaster and café is known for expertly crafted signature drinks, an extensive pour-over list, and coffee beans sourced around the world. Today Cultivar is a vertically integrated operation spanning sourcing, roasting, wholesale, and multi-channel retail.

Jonathan leads sourcing and roasting, and has served as a Cup of Excellence judge. He maintains long-standing producer relationships across Peru, Colombia, El Salvador, and Guatemala, and runs Vela Ethan Coffee Importers, a Dallas-based company that works directly with its sister company in Lima, Peru.
