Why I started Elevation Coffee Roasters.

I firmly believe that we are put on this earth for two things: To Create and have Community. We crave this, deep down in our souls. We are at our happiest when we are creating, when we have a community that we belong to, and when we foster an atmosphere that encourages creation and community. Coffee is our vessel for both.

Coffee is more than a cup of caffeine. It’s a tool for creation, community, and connection unlike anything on this planet. When you brew a cup of Elevation Coffee, know that you are receiving coffee from the best producers and farmers, expertly roasted, and that the hands of roughly 50 people made your cup of coffee possible.

Coffee is the most connective and connecting thing on the planet and we are honored that you chose a bag of Elevation Coffee to connect and share experiences with those around you and to keep the stories of those in the coffee chain possible.

Autonomy Coffee Lab (opening soon) was created to take this to the next step. This is a space for collaboration. We want others to utilize our space for roasting, educating, and events, and we cannot wait to introduce this to the coffee world (first event 10/15).
