Josiah Candelaria is the founder and creative force behind Cultivo Coffee Co., a Puerto Rican–inspired coffee brand built on the mission of cultivating relationships one espresso at a time. Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Cultivo sources, roasts, and packages its beans directly from Puerto Rican farms, combining authenticity with craftsmanship to deliver coffee that tells a story.

Under Josiah’s leadership, Cultivo has evolved from a local coffee shop into a growing community movement—bridging culture, artistry, and hospitality through coffee. Beyond its wholesale and retail operations, Cultivo also operates multiple Orlando cafés and leads experiential events like Cafecito Sessions, blending specialty coffee with music, art, and conversation.
