Kailee has spent the past six years building her career in the coffee industry, progressing from barista to manager and ultimately into hiring and retail operations leadership. Drawing on a background in both hospitality and corporate America, she brings a unique perspective to coffee business management. Today, she and her husband help operate Friedrichs Coffee, a family-owned business with more than 35 years of history that includes a roasting operation and three retail coffee shops.
