Kareena Fagwani

Kareena Fagwani is the founder of Alai Coffee, a Vancouver micro-roastery dedicated to Indian-origin specialty coffee and education. She works directly with producers across India to source traceable lots and cut through unnecessary middle layers, bringing clarity to an origin that has long been anonymized in the global market.
