Ken Tsang

Ken Tsang is Co-Founder & CTO at Science On Call, the 24/7 tech support help desk for restaurants. He was previously head of technology and marketing at Standard Market, a specialty grocery and restaurant group in the western suburbs of Chicago, where he also helped develop a multi-roaster coffee retail and café program.
