Head of Coffee Quality/Sourcing , Fat Miilk

With over a decade of experience across many facets of the specialty coffee industry, Kim has found herself settling into her role as Head of Coffee Quality and Sourcing for Fat Miilk. With QC, sourcing, roasting, and coffee education experience at the forefront, Kim is excited to continue to push the boundaries of what coffee (especially Robusta) can do. With approachabilty and accessibility in mind, she hopes to be able to create opportunities for others who want to learn more about coffee and taste all the nuances in Robusta and Arabica.
